1. Role
EP2P is a non-custodial marketplace for USDT ↔ ETB. We do not hold private keys or ETB. USDT is locked in per-trade public escrow; fiat moves off-platform between users.
2. Escrow
Escrowed USDT can only go to the trade’s buyer (release) or seller (refund). The platform cannot send that USDT to its own wallet. The only USDT the platform receives is the stated platform fee on a completed release. Buyer and seller payout addresses are fixed when the trade is created.
3. Risk
Escrow smart contracts are unaudited. Crypto and P2P trading carry loss risk. You are responsible for wallet addresses, payment details, and counterparties you choose.
4. Disputes
Disputed funds stay in escrow until the platform arbiter decides from evidence. The arbiter can only release to the buyer or refund the seller — not redirect funds elsewhere.
