1. Platform role
EP2P is a non-custodial peer-to-peer marketplace. We do not hold user funds, private keys, or ETB payments. Users trade directly with each other using smart-contract escrow for USDT.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, ETB transfers, and wallet addresses. Only trade with people you trust and verify payment details before sending money.
3. Disputes
If a trade enters dispute, funds remain in escrow until the platform arbiter resolves the case according to the evidence provided by both parties.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use EP2P for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Ethiopian or applicable international law.
